The new FNT ProcessCenter solution adds three new components to the FNT Command platform: Work Order Management, Workflow Engine and Request Handling. The microservices, which can be used individually or in combination, help to structure and orchestrate complex work orders at the infrastructure level, efficiently control changes and optimally manage the provisioning of IT service or hardware. They are designed for use in enterprise IT, the telco sector and data centers.
